Botrytis Old Tom is a vintage gin made from a blend of distillates of green cardamom, jasmine flowers and fresh citrus. This terroir gin with a very floral aromatic profile is sweetened with the sugar naturally present in Sauternes wines and concentrated by fractional solidification. Its name is a vibrant tribute to the miraculous mushroom which allows each year during late harvests to produce this exceptional sweet wine.
