Made from 100% French molasses, it boasts a unique, assertive and singular identity, evoking in certain aspects its agricultural cousins and clairins, while distinguishing itself by its resolutely urban and audacious character.

Clear and bright color, with silver highlights. The attack is lively and rich, with immediate volume. A peppery structure softened by cereal and lactic touches.

Bordeaux Distilling Company's Urban White Rum is produced from a 14-day fermentation of organic molasses, enriched with 6% dunder (vinasse from previous rum distillation) and 9% rye muck (an organic rye culture fermented in the open air for one year).

This natural process intensifies fermentation and promotes the formation of esters, responsible for its complex and expressive aromatic profile.

Carefully distilled in our hybrid still then slowly reduced to 45% in stainless steel vats, this rum contains no additives or added sugar.

It can be enjoyed neat, as a Ti'punch or in a cocktail, particularly in a Daiquiri.
