On the palate, the Brunette Single Cask immediately reveals the intensity of a pure and expressive Arabica, the heart of its aromatic palette. Spicy notes, inherited from rye brandy, bring complexity and liveliness. They are enhanced by woody and roasted aromas, which structure the whole with depth and warmth. The texture is silky, the balance perfectly mastered, and the finish, long and precise, surprises with its lightness for such an assertive liqueur.

La Brunette Single Cask is a handcrafted, certified organic coffee liqueur, designed to be a convivial digestif.
Fortified with a 100% rye brandy, column-still, distilled by us, it develops a rich and expressive cereal structure.
Its aging, between 6 and 12 months, in American oak barrels with strong toast, intensifies its complexity. This aging brings a woody structure, while revealing the deep notes of coffee, enriched with nuances of toasted cereals and sweet spices.
Made from 100% Arabica coffee using the same base as Brunette Cold Brew, it is presented here in a more intense version. Very slightly sweet (100 g/L), but with a higher alcohol content (35% vol), it embodies a liqueur with character: refined, complex, and surprisingly versatile.

On ice, as an aperitif or digestif. It can also be enjoyed in a cocktail.
