HEO Urban Rum (for High Ester Overproof) is the most expressive and intense version of White Urban Rum.

Produced through a prolonged 21-day fermentation on the basis of organic molasses, it is enriched with twice as much dunder as the original version (vinasse from the previous distillation) and always supplemented with 9% rye muck (an organic rye culture fermented in the open air for a year).

This unique process intensifies the production of esters per hectoliter of pure alcohol, delivering an explosive and complex aromatic profile. Its 63% overproof bottling further enhances its power and expression.
